Cooperage Training and Development was started in 2004 by a group of experienced facilitators with many years of experience in the field of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and development of leaders.
The main driving force behind the organization is a “value” system they have within its members to help others achieve their ultimate potential.
The programmes and procedures they focus on has a very strong foundation in the main Emotional Intelligence (EQ) elements as identified by Daniel Goleman in his books on Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and related subjects, these being:·

The organization has two main streams in which they operate. The first is the development of leadership potential from entry level to executive management and the second is executive and business coaching.
Programmes and processes are adapted as per client needs, making their product user friendly in all industries.
They make use of sub-contractors in specialized fields to accommodate client needs as possible, and achieve the outcomes.
