Develop an understanding for the prerequisites for the existence of a high need to achieve.
MODULE 2 : Developing The Achievement Motive The achievement motive as leadership enabler is discussed and practical applications identified. The objectives of the module is to enable the participant to:
Providing an understanding for the importance of the achievement motive for the leadership role.
Helping him / her to think like a person high in the need to achieve.
Helping him / her to start behaving like a high achiever.
Doing life planning.
MODULE 3 : Stimulating Self-Actualisation To assist the course participant in:
Developing a positive self-image.
Developing assertive behaviour.
Developing a personal vision of success.
Doing personal planning to achieve self-actualisation.
MODULE 4 : Achievement Based Management To enable the course participant to:
Understand the integrated model upon which achievement based management is based.
Identify an achieving Management climate and plan for the development of such a climate in his / her own department
Manage individuals and groups for achievement.
